If you are trying to log in, or publish your Web, and you
get the error message "Root Web Busy" you will
need to remove a lock file from your site. Using the Hosting Control
Panel's File Manager, go to
/www/_vti_pvt/, and remove the file
service.lck
.
(This error usually occurs when a FrontPage session is interrupted
before completion.)
