Before ordering more Web space, you may want to find out how much space you are currently using. You can get this information using the EarthLink Web Hosting Control Panel.
To check your Disk Usage:
Log in to the EarthLink Control Panel using your Web Hosting User ID and password.
From the
Site Statistics pull-down menu, choose
Disk Usage. It will return your current disk usage. Disk usage is calculated every 30 minutes.
To change your Web space allocation
From the
My Account pull-down menu, choose
Change Disk Space.
Choose the amount of Web space you need from the drop-down menu, then click the
Submitbutton. The drop down menu will show the total amount of space your account will have, plus the total amount of your final bill.
This is the primary email address at which EarthLink may contact you regarding your Web Hosting account.
To change your
Webmaster Address
From the
My Account pull-down menu, choose
Change Webmaster. The Web Hosting Account Maintenance page will appear.
Enter your new Webmaster email address, then click the
Submit button.
To change your Web Hosting account password
From the
My Account pull-down menu, choose
Change Password. The Web Hosting Account Mainenance page will appear.
Enter your new Web Hosting password, and then enter it again into the second field just to be sure that you typed it correctly.
Keep the following in mind when choosing a new password. Passwords must be between four and eight characters in length and may only contain the following:

letters of the English alphabet (upper or lower case)

Numbers
0123456789

And the following characters:
! @ # % ^ ( ) + = . , - _

Passwords are case sensitive. This means that Z (upper case) is different from z (lower case).
Once you've entered your password into both fields, click the
Submit button. This action will change your Web Hosting password, not your domain password.
